COVID-19 Protocol

We will be reopening tomorrow Friday, May 22nd! We are thrilled to see you all again! We will have regular office hours though we’re making some changes to be in line with safety protocol recommended by the government.

We are implementing a “one patient in/one patient out” policy. This means we need for you to wait in your car until you can be seen. This allows us to sanitize between patients. Please call 717-761-7593 to notify us of your arrival and we’ll let you know that it’s ok to come in. You may also text us at 717-342-6393. If you do not have a cell phone, you may knock at the office door and check to see if it’s ok to come in.

Masks and gloves are required. We can provide them if you do not have any.

Unfortunately, the days of walk-in patients may be a thing of the past. If you need any batteries or supplies, you may call ahead of time and we can bring them out to you at a specific time. We can also mail batteries, supplies and small accessories. (Postage rates apply to out of service warranty patients.)

Any appointments that we have canceled will be rescheduled in the date order they were originally scheduled starting with March 17th going forward.

If you are more comfortable (and we encourage it) with curbside hearing aid checks and cleanings, specifically if you do not need computer aided adjustments, just let us know! We are happy to come out to your car, grab your devices, service them and return them to you!

Thank you so much for your patience and cooperation during this interesting time. We hope that our efforts will ensure everyone is comfortable and safe.
